Affordable Flooring Options

Replace Flooring- There are plenty of affordable flooring options available today that you can install yourself. Floating Floors for instance, can be installed over most existing floors by gluing the tongue and groove of interlocking panels. Some floating floors are "click together" and require no gluing at all. These engineered floors usually cost around $4-6 per square foot and can be self installed in less than a day cheap and reliable snow blower.

Touch-Up Exterior- Repainting your front door and trim can really freshen up the curb appeal of your home at a nominal cost.

Update Your Hardware- A simple way to update your home at a low cost is to replace old faucets and fixtures. Also, try replacing outdated door knobs, drawer pulls, and other decorative hardware to add a modernize feel to your home.

Clean Up the Yard- You don't have to go crazy with landscaping to add appeal to your yard. By simply cutting back overgrown shrubs and bushes, removing any old patio furniture, and planting some colorful flowers you can add value to your home without spending a lot of money. It is also a good idea to clean patios and walkways of dirt and debris. Try renting a power washer from your local hardware store or using a diluted bleach solution and a scrub brush to make your patio and/or walkways look refreshed.
